Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for ALL no call no shows and same day cancellations.I also charge a 50% cancellations for cancellations within 48 hours. Any clients that show 15 minutes late will have to reschedule. I understand things happen but this is a business and we are paid by client not by hour, so please communicate if something comes up.
